The concept of beauty, closely tied to aesthetics, has always been central to our society, shaping norms of social acceptance and gradually influencing the foundations of individual identity. This idea of beauty was already expressed in antiquity by Aristotle, who stated, “Personal beauty is a greater recommendation than any letter of reference,” reinforcing the notion that beauty implies perfection.
Today, we can see that little has changed. The concept of beauty is becoming increasingly exacting, defined by rigid criteria. Dr. Elisa Bolletta has always been passionate about discovering the beauty hidden within every nuance of life, in all its diverse forms. Beauty is an enigma, elusive in its complexity, yet it also embodies ideals, aspirations, and dreams, drawing attention to sight and the sensitivity to “know how to see.”

INTERNATIONAL PATH OF MASTERY AND EXPERTISE
Born in the Marche region yet driven by a cosmopolitan spirit, Dr. Elisa Bolletta completed her classical studies at the “Vittorio Emanuele II” high school in Jesi, a town steeped in history and culture. From an early age, she nurtured a deep intellectual curiosity and a passion for in-depth learning. She graduated in 2012 with top honors in Medicine and Surgery from the Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona, presenting an experimental thesis on the interactions between mesenchymal stem cells derived from periprosthetic capsules and breast cancer cells, which was published in the prestigious Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) journal.
In 2018, she completed her residency in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery with honors at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Her thesis, conducted in collaboration with the renowned Banff Plastic Surgery Clinic in Canada, founded by Dr. Elizabeth Hall-Findlay, examined anthropometric changes in aesthetic breast surgery and was published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
She further refined her expertise by completing an Advanced Diploma in Microsurgical Techniques (DUTM) at UPEC-Université Paris-Est Créteil in Paris in 2019, as well as a European Master’s in Oncoplastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Breast Surgery (MRBS) at the Reconstructive Microsurgery European School, UAB Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, in 2021.
She gained extensive professional experience as a permanent attending physician at leading Italian medical institutions, beginning at the SABES (South Tyrol Health Authority) in Bressanone, continuing at the Breast Unit of AULSS 8 Berica in Vicenza within the Plastic Surgery departments, and, finally, at the IRCCS University Hospital of Bologna – Sant’Orsola-Malpighi Polyclinic, where she honed her expertise in reconstructive and oncoplastic breast surgery until the end of 2024. During this period, she focused on Reconstructive and Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, guiding patients with breast cancer through the delicate process of physical and psychological recovery, while also maintaining a private practice across Bologna, Padua, Merano, and Ancona.
Her professional career encompasses all aspects of Breast Surgery, including ablative, oncoplastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures, as well as Aesthetic Surgery of the face and body, and Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine, at internationally recognized centers of excellence:

She is also active in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where she contributes to distinguished surgical and aesthetic medicine projects with her forward-thinking and inspiring ideas.
She also leads the Regenerative Medical Aesthetics Department at Palace Merano, an internationally renowned destination for beauty and holistic wellness that attracts distinguished guests from around the world. Here, she has introduced her unique vision of regenerative aesthetic medicine, merging the pioneering principles of the Chenot Method with state-of-the-art techniques to craft bespoke programs that blend regeneration, aesthetic harmony, and overall well-being, transforming each treatment into a refined and deeply restorative experience.
