PRS Korea 2025, held in Seoul from November 9–11, concluded with outstanding success. The event is one of the most prestigious international congresses dedicated to plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. Elisà Plastic Surgery proudly represented Italy thanks to the participation of Dr. Elisa Bolletta—invited as the only Italian female Invited Speaker—accompanied by the CEO of Elisà Plastic Surgery, Liberato Aliberti. Their contribution further strengthened the clinic’s positioning as a center of excellence and innovation within the global scientific community, promoting a strategic and forward-thinking vision of advanced aesthetic care.
During the congress, the team presented the lecture “Numbers with a Soul: Unveiling the Aesthetic Intelligence Behind Breast Measurements — Toward a New Era of Personalized Surgery.” The talk drew international attention thanks to its highly innovative approach. The presentation redefined the role of breast anthropometric measurements, transforming them into an intelligent and essential tool for truly personalized surgery through the integration of advanced scientific analysis, augmented reality (AR), intraoperative laser systems, and predictive models powered by artificial intelligence.
The research is based on over 2,300 patients analyzed across more than twelve years and highlights key findings: the identification of the most reliable anatomical landmarks (in particular UBB as a stable reference), the variability of the IMF, the analysis of breast footprint, and the development of an integrated system composed of an AR Smart Mirror for preoperative simulation, a laser-guidance system for enhanced intraoperative precision, and an AI engine capable of continuously improving surgical predictability. Tests demonstrated accuracy below 1 mm, setting a new standard in precision breast surgery.
The advancements presented at PRS Korea will have a direct impact on patient pathways at Elisà Plastic Surgery: even more accurate and personalized planning, more predictable outcomes supported by AI, safer and less invasive procedures, improved aesthetic harmony, and a significant reduction in surgical variability. This marks a decisive step toward breast surgery that is more scientific, predictive, and truly tailored to each patient.
